Misamis University Broadens International Reach Through New Indonesian Partnerships
Misamis University is set to expand its international collaborations as it joins the University Partnership Meeting on June 11, 2025, at Valero Grand Suites, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.
This gathering brings together 14 higher education institutions (HEIs) from Indonesia, led by Universitas Persada Indonesia Y.A.I., an active academic partner of Misamis University. The Indonesian delegation comprises 56 representatives visiting the Philippines to explore academic partnerships, particularly with HEIs based in Metro Manila.
In this significant event, Misamis University has been invited to participate and formalize new academic collaborations. During the meeting, MU will sign Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with the following Indonesian HEIs:
- Akademi Bakti Kemanusiaan Palang Merah Indonesia
- Riau Kepulauan University
- Universitas Serang Raya
- Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti
- Akademi Sages
- Universitas Amikom Purwokerto
This participation marks another leap forward in MU’s pursuit of global engagement and academic internationalization. The university looks forward to fostering meaningful collaborations that will benefit both faculty and students across borders.
