The Misamis University College of Business and Management (CBM) earned international recognition at the 2nd International Student Research Congress 2025 (ISRC 2025)
Two CBM research teams received top awards following a rigorous evaluation by an international academic panel:
Best Presenter Award – Ms. Frences Marianei E. Flores for her study “Tricycle Drivers’ Financial Literacy, Management Practices, and Well-being,” with co-authors Ms. Kimberly A. Adlaon and Ms. Filma A. Catipay.
Best Abstract Award – Ms. Charis Joy U. Escalante, Ms. Jenny Rose L. Cuaresma, and Mr. Vince O. Reyes for their paper “Financial Literacy, Debt Management, and Household Well-being of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Beneficiaries: A Mediation Analysis.”
These achievements demonstrate CBM’s commitment to academic excellence and research innovation, bringing honor to Misamis University on the international stage.
