Strengthening Ties: Misamis University and UPLB Forge a Strategic Partnership

In a landmark development for higher education in the Philippines, the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) in Laguna has officially partnered with Misamis University in Ozamiz City. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalizing this collaboration was signed in October 2024, paving the way for a dynamic alliance dedicated to advancing instruction, research, and community engagement.

With the MOU in place, both institutions have affirmed their commitment to engage in a variety of collaborative activities. These initiatives are founded on principles of equality and reciprocity, ensuring mutual benefits and shared growth. The specific areas of cooperation include:
