8th Regional Health Research Conference
The Northern Mindanao Consortium for Health Research and Development (NorMinCoHRD), in collaboration with Misamis University, successfully held the 8th Regional Health Research Conference on October 7–9, 2025, at Misamis University, Ozamiz City, with the theme “Regional Health Research in Action: Driving Innovation, Impact, and Inclusive Growth.”
During the event, Misamis University student Shammah M. Revelo received the Best Paper Award in the Oral Research Paper Presentation – Student Category, while faculty member Dr. Yunalyn L. Villantes earned Third Place in the Research Poster Presentation – Professional Category.
These recognitions reflect Misamis University’s continued commitment to advancing health research and innovation in the region.
