MU BSIT Alumna Riche Cuaresma-Solante Honored as Outstanding Teacher by Thailand’s Ministry of Education
BANGKOK, Thailand — Riche Cuaresma-Solante, a proud Misamis University Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) alumna from Batch 2006, has been awarded as an Outstanding Teacher for Academic Year 2025 by the Ministry of Education, Thailand.
Solante, who serves at Smile Brain International, an international educational institution in Thailand, received the prestigious recognition on November 1, 2025, during a formal awarding ceremony held at the Teachers Council Auditorium of the Ministry of Education.
Solante’s achievement brings pride not only to Misamis University but also to the Filipino teaching community abroad. Her recognition highlights the growing global impact of Filipino educators who continue to excel in international academic institutions.
