Misamis University Alumna Eileen Xu Honored with 2025 Most Outstanding Cebuano Award in Health Care and Community Service
Eileen Xu, an alumna of Misamis University was awarded the 2025 Most Outstanding Cebuano Award in Health Care and Community Service presented by Cebuanos Engaging in Building Unity Incorporated–New York. The award was formally conferred on December 14, 2025, during the 2025 Splendor of Christmas celebration held at Terrace on the Park, located at 52-11 111th Street, Corona, New York 11368.
The annual event brought together Cebuano leaders, professionals, and community advocates from various parts of the United States to celebrate unity, service, and excellence among Cebuanos making a difference globally. According to the awarding body, the Most Outstanding Cebuano Award is given to individuals whose professional achievements and humanitarian efforts embody the values of leadership, compassion, and social responsibility. Xu’s work in the health care sector, coupled with her dedication to community engagement, distinguished her among this year’s honorees.
