Objectives
The BSCS program aims to produce IT professionals and researchers who shall:
- Demonstrate skill in the application of fundamental computer concepts in problem-solving, designing and developing computer-based solutions.
- Possess the personal skills of ethical thinking, personal-discipline, planning and organizing, and critical thinking.
- Possess proficiency in oral and written communication and skills in teamwork and collaboration.
- Continue to pursue continuous improvement through research in computer-related areas.
- Recognize and apply technical standards and interoperability of different areas of Computer Science.
It is the aim of the BSIT program to produce Information Technology professionals who shall:
- Demonstrate proficiency in system analysis and design.
- Possess the skills needed in the operation of database, networks and multimedia systems.
- Possess proficiency in oral and written communication and skills in teamwork and collaboration.
- Express themselves proficiency in oral and written communications.
- Perform software integration testing and documentation.
- Apply the principles of accounting, systems management and administration.
