
TES is one of the subsidies by the RA 10931 or Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act.
UNIFAST or Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education grants TES to students enrolled in CHED-accredited colleges and universities.
Who can apply for TES?
✔ Any student residing and studying in cities or municipalities without public colleges or universities (ex. Ozamiz),
✔ Any student from a 4P's household,
✔ Any student included in the most recent Listahanan,
✔ And any student who comes from the poorest of the poor (to be determined by UniFAST)
What are the Benefits of TES?
Grantees have their tuition, miscellaneous fees and other school-related expenses covered
