
MISAMIS UNIVERSITY TOP PERFORMING EMPLOYEES AWARD
The Office of Human Resource, through the screening committee and the Office of the University President, awarded the deserving faculty and staff of Misamis University the TOP PERFORMING EMPLOYEES AWARD during the Faculty and Staff Christmas Party held on December 19, 2012.
The following received certificates of recognition:1. Dr. Joel T. Aclao
for exhibiting competence and effectiveness in leadership as Dean, which resulted to the following achievements of the College of Education:
• Having been awarded LEVEL III ACCREDITATION for BSED and BEED Programs
• Achieving 100% passing percentage of first timers in the Licensure Examination for Elementary Teachers (LET), March 2012 and November 2012
• Garnering a PACUCOA Award as the First Level III Accredited BSED Program in Region X.
2. Ms. Mercy O. Cabaongfor exhibiting competence and effectiveness in leadership as Dean, which resulted to the following achievements of the College of Criminology:
• Having been awarded Level I Accreditation for Criminology Program
• Consistently attaining above the National Passing Percentage in the Licensure Examination for Criminologists
3. Atty. Anthony L. Awafor exhibiting competence and effectiveness in leadership as Dean, which resulted to the following achievements of the College of Arts and Sciences:
• Having been awarded Level III Accreditation for Liberal Arts Program
• Garnering awards in research presentation during the National Research Fora
4. Mr. Randie C. Lucotfor demonstrating professional competence and effectiveness in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities as faculty in the High School Department contributing to the attainment of the institution’s goals and in the academic development of the University.
5. Mr. Joel V. Cocolanfor demonstrating professional competence and effectiveness in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities as faculty in the Basic Education Department contributing to the attainment of the institution’s goals and in the development of the University.
6. Mr. Teofilo C. PepitoFor demonstrating professional competence and effectiveness in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities as faculty in the College of Nursing contributing to the attainment of the institution’s goals and in the academic development of the University.
Special Awards were also given to selected employees for their exemplary performance:1. Ms. Mary Jacqueline P. Caluna
for her continued exemplary record management in compliance to ISO 9001:2008 and PACUCOA Standards.
2. Ms. Hazel V. Cubillanfor her continued exemplary record management in compliance to ISO 9001:2008 and PACUCOA Standards.
3. Mr. Ricardo C. Segoviafor winning the championship in the City-wide Drum and Bugle Competition 2012 on December 8 thereby bringing honor to Misamis University.
4. Ms. Nenita C. Medinafor her dedicated service as exemplified by her consistent Perfect Attendance for school 2011-2012.
5. Ms. Agnes C. Origenesfor her continued exemplary administration in her Department to comply with ISO 9001:2008 and PACUCOA Standards.
6. Mr. Angelito S. Oliveriofor his dedicated service as exemplified by his consistent submission of on time reports in the Accounting Office.
7. Ms. Marie Rosellynn C. Enguitofor having been awarded as winner in the poster presentation of her study on “Water Quality Assessment of an Estero In Oamiz City, Philippines” during the 17th National Educators Assembly for Environmental Protection and Management Innovations and Solutions for Climate Change Adaptive and Diosaster – Resilient Communities” held at Cebu City last November 20-24, 2012.
8. Ms. Jersam C. Calagofor having been awarded as First Prize Winner during the Making Communication Work Photo Contest held at Makati last September 7, 2012.
INNOVATORS' AWARD was also granted to the Office of PR & Marketing for the innovative marketing concepts and dedication that brought exemplary contribution in the attainment of the institution's goals and in development of the university.
