On March 12, 2024, three outstanding students from Misamis University namely: Joey T. Hingco, Central Student Council President, Jerswin N. Penonal, Central Student Vice President, and Rodd Emmanuel Y. Mendoza, Central Student Council Public Relations Officer, showcased their leadership potential as they actively participated in a leadership seminar hosted by INTI International University, Malaysia. The event, titled "Leading the Future: Essential Skills for Tomorrow's Workforce," convened bright minds from both institutions via Microsoft Teams, connecting cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration despite geographical distances.

Led by Yoon Siew Fei, the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hartalega, the seminar aimed to equip future leaders with the essential skills required to thrive in an ever-evolving professional landscape. Yoon, a seasoned expert in talent management, delved into the challenges anticipated in tomorrow's workplace, emphasizing the significance of clarity of purpose, adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and continuous learning.
